Pangaea is the name of the super continent. Before the land masses seperated we were all just one happy family. Our Pangaea has a hint of ginger and great complexity, celebrating our communal history.

An ale brewed with an ingredient from every continent including crystallize ginger from Australia, moscavado sugar from Africa and basmati rice from Asia. This slightly spicy ale is cork-finished and bottle-conditioned in champagne bottles.

Tasting Notes:

What an absolute treat this was. Pours a beautiful clear honey/amber color. Not much of a head, but the lacing on what’s there is very nice. Big hoppy floral nose.  Taste right away was sour, but not overpowering. Lots of ginger and malty goodness, with a crisp, fresh mouthfeel. Finish is dry and nice.

Would definitely drink this one again…
